Entry forms are available online at participating web sites and
can be completed and submitted online within the duration of the
contest.
2. Online Entries
Entries to the sweepstakes are limited to one entry per person
as well as one eMail address per person. There will be one monthly
winner selected at random throughout the duration of the promotion.
Valid entries received between the first day of the calendar month
and the last day of the calendar month will be eligible for the
monthly prize drawing.
3. Prize
Apple iPod Shuffle has a retail value of about $99.The owners
of trademarked names and merchandise used in our promotions do
not sponsor and have not endorsed this promotion, nor are they
affiliated with the promotion in any way. All trademarks are the
property of their respective owners with all rights reserved.If
a specified prize becomes unavailable, the sponsor may substitute
a replacement prize at its absolute discretion.Sponsor may terminate
any contest at any time at its absolute discretion. In the event
of such termination, sponsor may at its absolute discretion elect
not to award any prize in respect of the terminated contest.
4. Eligibility
Must be a legal residents of the United States and be 18 years
or older to enter sweepstakes. Employees of Sunshine Advance and
its consultants, and immediate families or persons residing in
the same household of each are not eligible to participate.Subject

5. Drawing
One prizewinner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries
received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received.Random drawing will be conducted under the supervision
of sponsor within 5 days of each month’s end date. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by the official rules that are final
and binding in all respects.Notification of the winner is by email.
Winner must sign an affidavit of their eligibility / liability
/ publicity release within 5 days of notification or an alternate
winner will be selected.After that time, unclaimed prizes will
be dealt with according to legislative requirements. Sponsor will
not notify winners of time remaining. It is the sole responsibility
